While working on these I would recommend using either the Koensigsegg Regera as it is by default at 400+ rating, or tuning another high level car to that level so that it has a max speed of at least 400 kmh. Speed Traps are on paved roads, and require you to pass through them at a certain speed to earn each star rank. If you look at the map screen it will also show how many in the current region you have completed (earning 3 Stars counts as a completion in this manner) and how many total. If you pause the game and go to the “Progression” part of the menu then to “Collections” you can see your total completed for all types of activites, as well as how many in each region.
Don’t worry about these until you’re REP Level 50 and got cars set up for high level activities. These are available mostly from the beginning of the game, but you won’t be able to 3 Star them until much later when you have late game cars or fully upgraded ones.
